This is our main group class that is 60 minutes in length. You will be led by a qualified Novus coach from warm-up to cool-down. Our programming includes 3 different workouts to accommodate members of all fitness levels including beginner, intermediate and advanced options. Your coach will work with you to adjust the movements, loading and/or volume, as necessary, to help you stay safe and get the most out of every workout.

Don't mistake "lite" for easy! This class simply omits some of the more technical movements that you would otherwise find in our main group class (e.g., Olympic lifting). Rather, we will be focusing on exercises using our own bodyweight or basic equipment, such as dumbbells and kettlebells. This class is also a great option for those who are feeling sore or tired, but would like to move and get the blood flowing!

Open gym time is available for members who are unable to attend scheduled group classes or want to put in some extra work on their own time. Please note that open gym will only be available outside of our scheduled class times and may be subject to change week-to-week.
