OUR CLASSES

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)

This is our main group class that is 60 minutes in length. You will be led by a qualified Novus coach from warm-up to cool-down. Our programming includes 3 different workouts to accommodate members of all fitness levels including beginner, intermediate and advanced options. Your coach will work with you to adjust the movements, loading and/or volume, as necessary, to help you stay safe and get the most out of every workout. Click here to view our weekly schedule.

CROSSFIT LITE

Don't mistake "Lite" for easy! This beginners class simply omits some of the more technical movements that you would otherwise find in our main group class. Rather, we focus on functional exercises using our own bodyweight or basic equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers and bikes. Lite classes are currently held twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays @ 9:30 am and 6:50 pm.

KIDS CLASSES

CrossFit Kids is a conditioning program appropriate for children aged 5-12. Classes focus on helping kids learn new physical skills in a fun and interactive group setting through workouts and games. Kids classes are currently held once weekly on Saturdays @ 11:30 am. Can't make it every week? No worries! Our 10-class punchcard never expires.

OPEN GYM

Open gym is available for members who are unable to attend scheduled group classes or want to put in some extra work on their own time. Please note that open gym will only be available outside of our scheduled class times and may be subject to change week-to-week. Click here to view our weekly schedule.
