Brand new? Start here! Our On-Ramp course is for individuals who have no former CrossFit experience. This is a mandatory 2-week course with 2 sessions per week, either 1-on-1 or in a small group setting with a coach. This course will introduce you to basic CrossFit movements, terminology and our workouts to better prepare you for our main group classes. This class is appropriate for the beginner exerciser who has little or no recent workout experience. However, don't mistake "Lite" for easy! This class simply omits some of the more technical movements that you would otherwise find in our main group class. Rather, we focus on functional exercises using our own bodyweight or basic equipment. Lite classes are currently held twice per week on Mondays and Wednesdays @ 9:30 am & 6:50 pm.



This is our main group class that is 60 minutes in length. You will be led by a qualified Novus coach from warm-up to cool-down. Our programming includes 3 different workout options to accommodate members of all fitness levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Your coach will work with you to adjust the movements, loading and/or volume, as necessary, to help you stay safe and get the most out of every workout. Open gym is available for members who are unable to attend scheduled group classes  or want to put in some extra work on their own time. Click here to view our weekly open gym schedule.

CrossFit Kids is a conditioning program appropriate for children ages 7-12. Classes focus on helping kids learn new physical skills in a fun and interactive group setting through workouts and games. Kids classes are held once weekly on Saturdays @ 11:30 am. To purchase a punchcard, please click here (1 punchcard per child, no expiration).

NEW CLASS & CLASS TIMES! Join us for some relaxing yoga flow led by certified yoga instructor, Allyson Beynon. This class is open to all!
