Brand new? Start here! Our On-Ramp course is for individuals who have no former CrossFit experience. This is a mandatory 2-week course with 2 sessions per week, either 1-on-1 or in a small group setting with a coach. This course will introduce you to basic CrossFit movements, terminology and our workouts to prep you for our main group classes.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)
Our group class programming includes 3 different workout options to accommodate members of all fitness levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Your coach will work with you to adjust the movements, loading and/or volume, as necessary, to help you stay safe and get the most out of every workout. Click here to view our weekly class schedule.
SWEAT combines interval training, bodyweight and bootcamp movements. In this 45-minute class, every minute is accounted for. You can expect light dumbbell and kettlebell movements with lots of reps and short periods of built-in rest. Click here to view our weekly class schedule.
Open gym time is available to members who are unable to attend class or want to put in some extra work on their own time. We have lots of open gym time throughout the week. Click here to view our weekly open gym schedule.
CrossFit Kids classes focus on getting kids active and learning new physical skills in a fun and interactive group setting through workouts and games. Kids classes are held twice weekly on Wednesdays @ 4:30 pm and Saturdays @ 11:30 am.
Join us for some relaxing yoga flow led by certified yoga instructor, Allyson Beynon. This class is open to all! You do not require a membership at Novus to partake. Ten-class punchcard are available for purchase. Classes are held once weekly on Sunday mornings @ 10:00 am.
