CLASSES

Below is an overview of our group classes. If you have any questions or would like to get started, please contact us.

ON-RAMP

Brand new? Start here! Our On-Ramp course is for individuals who have no former CrossFit experience. This is a mandatory 2-week course with 2 sessions per week, either 1-on-1 or in a small group setting with a coach. You will learn basic CrossFit movements and go through beginner friendly workouts to ensure that you are comfortable and prepared to join group CrossFit classes. On-Ramp runs Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30 pm.

CROSSFIT WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)

Our daily workout of the day (WOD) includes 3 different workout options to accommodate members of all fitness levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Your coach will work with you to adjust the movements, loading and/or volume, as necessary, to help you stay safe and get the most out of every workout. Click here to view our weekly class schedule.

SWEAT

SWEAT is a 45 minute bootcamp-style class that incorporates cardio machines, bodyweight movements and basic equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells) with lots of reps and short periods of build-in rest. On-Ramp is not required before joining and all fitness levels are welcome! Click here to view our weekly class schedule.

OPEN GYM

Open gym time is available to members who are unable to attend class or want to put in some extra work on their own time. We have lots of open gym time throughout the week. Click here to view our weekly open gym schedule.

CROSSFIT KIDS / MINIS

CrossFit Kids classes focus on getting kids active and learning new physical skills in a fun and interactive group setting through workouts and games. Kids classes are held weekly on Tuesdays from 4:45-5:30 pm. We also have 6-week blocks that run on Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:15 am (minis ages 4-6) and 9:15-10:00 am (kids ages 7-12).

YOGA

Join us for some relaxing yoga flow led by certified yoga instructor, Allyson Beynon. Yoga classes are included as part of our memberships. 10-class punchcards are available for non-members. Classes are held weekly on Sunday afternoons @ 2:00 pm.
