WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?

We have 3 membership options, including full-time (unlimited classes per month), part-time (12 classes per month) or Lite (2 classes per week). We are pleased to offer discounted rates for students, seniors, families and those residing out-of-town. Please click here for further details and eligibility.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A GROUP CLASS?

All of our classes are small in size (maximum 10 members) and 60 minutes in length. You will be led by a qualified coach from warm-up to cool down. Movements, loading and volume will be adjusted to best suit your individual needs. Most importantly, you can expect to work hard and have fun in a positive and supportive environment.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Comfortable workout clothes, indoor shoes and a water bottle.

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE JOINING?

Do you cut your hair before going to your hairdresser? Complete your taxes before meeting with your accountant? Didn't think so! No prerequisite fitness is necessary before joining. Our qualified coaches are here to support, guide and lead you to a fitter, stronger and more capable you.

CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being a family-friendly facility. We have a brand new dedicated kids room including a TV, books and games for your kids to enjoy while you are working out. For safety purposes, we do ask that children stay off the gym floor and away from all equipment during class times.

DO YOU HAVE CHANGE ROOMS AND SHOWERS?

Yes - we have new, full-service washrooms & shower rooms for members. Please ensure that you bring your own towel and shower products.

WHAT IS PUSH PRESS?

Push Press is our gym management software. Once you are set up with a Push Press profile, you can download the Push Press Members app to purchase a membership, sign our online waiver, view our schedule and reserve your spot in a class.

WHAT IS SUGARWOD?

SugarWOD is our official members app that keeps our Novus community (virtually) connected. The app allows you to prepare for the upcoming workout of the day (WOD), log your scores, check out the daily leaderboard and support and connect with other members and coaches.

WILL CROSSFIT MAKE ME BULKY?

We often hear this concern voiced by our female members. Lifting weights does not automatically lead to "big muscles." Genetics, gender, nutrition and one's specific training regimen are all important factors in determining body composition and muscle size. In short, you probably won't get "bulky" unless you try to by dedicating yourself to a specific nutrition and strength training program over the course of several months/years.
